Me. Jawad Abou Saab is the Founder and Managing Partner of Abou Saab Law Firm and a distinguished member of the Beirut Bar Association since 2004. With over two decades of legal practice, he has established a reputation for delivering sophisticated legal counsel and strategic solutions to local, regional, and international clients across a wide spectrum of industries.
Throughout his career, Me. Jawad Abou Saab has led complex matters in corporate, civil, and criminal law, with particular expertise in company formation, corporate governance, commercial transactions, litigation, real estate, intellectual property, compliance, and cross-border advisory work throughout Lebanon and the GCC region. Under his leadership, the firm has developed into a multidisciplinary legal practice known for its professionalism, precision, and client-focused approach.

Me. Farouk El Moghraby
Me. Farouk El Moghraby is a distinguished legal practitioner and a member of the Beirut Bar Association, contributing a sophisticated public law dimension to Abou Saab Law Firm since 2012. His practice is defined by a rare synthesis of national legislative expertise and high-level international advocacy, specializing in international law, human rights, criminal proceedings, and complex legislative drafting. Throughout his career, Me. El Moghraby has navigated critical institutional roles at the highest levels. As the former Senior Legal Advisor to the Lebanese Ministry of Human Rights, he was instrumental in drafting landmark legislation and spearheaded Lebanon’s official engagement with United Nations treaty bodies, including the Committee Against Torture and the Human Rights Committee. His international portfolio is equally robust; he served as a Human Rights Officer and Investigator for the OHCHR Fact-Finding Mission in Libya, where he led field investigations into grave violations of international humanitarian law. Domestically, his dedication to civil liberties is evidenced by his role as Legal Advisor to the Union of Journalists of Lebanon and as co-founder of the Lebanese Lawyers Committee to Defend Protesters. His profound mastery of international mechanisms and cross-border investigations renders him a vital strategic asset for matters involving public law frameworks and engagement with global institutions.
Ruba Kaboul
Ruba Kaboul is a key leadership figure at Abou Saab Law Firm and a dedicated legal practitioner registered with the Beirut Bar Association. Combining strong academic foundations in private law with practical courtroom experience, she plays an integral role in managing daily legal operations and assisting in case strategy from inception through litigation and dispute resolution matters. With a professional focus on corporate law, Ruba has developed particular expertise in contract drafting, agreement preparation, and corporate legal structuring. She is actively involved in the drafting and review of complex business agreements, ensuring legal precision, regulatory compliance, and the protection of client interests. She also regularly attends court hearings and follows judicial procedures across a variety of legal matters before Lebanese courts. Ruba holds a Bachelor of Laws and an M1 in Law and Political Science from Beirut Arab University. Her professional development is further strengthened by specialized certifications in international criminal law, humanitarian law, and criminal psychology from respected international institutions, including the Council of Europe and the Inter-University Programme in The Hague. Known for her forward-thinking approach, Ruba has developed advanced expertise in legal AI systems and emerging legal technologies, while continuously expanding her knowledge of modern legal practice, corporate governance, and international legal developments.
Lara Al Banna
Lara Al Banna serves as a Legal Intern at the firm, bringing a detail-oriented and highly analytical approach to legal research, case analysis, and document preparation. Currently in her fourth year of pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) at Université La Sagesse, she has developed a solid, comprehensive understanding of Lebanese legal principles and procedural document formatting. At the firm, Lara works closely alongside our legal team to support daily operations, meticulously organize complex documentation, and observe court proceedings. Her hands-on experience allows her to bridge the gap between academic theory and practical legal application, ensuring high-quality support for our clients and attorneys alike. Beyond her daily responsibilities, Lara is deeply committed to the ongoing evolution of the legal profession. Her dedication to the field is highlighted by her active participation in prominent academic forums, including her attendance at "The Judiciary in Lebanon: Challenges and Paths Forward" conference, organized by the Faculty of Law at Université La Sagesse. Cynthia Ismail
Cynthia Ismail is an ambitious third-year law student at Université La Sagesse and a valued support figure within the firm. Recognized for her professionalism, attention to detail, and collaborative spirit, Cynthia works closely with our attorneys in managing client case files, preparing essential legal documents, conducting legal research, and assisting in trial preparation.
